In Person Visits Now Happening!

I am excited to once again offer office hours on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Here are some things to know:

In person visits are best for:

  • New patients - I prefer to see you in person for your first visit whenever possible.

  • Hormone replacement therapy

  • Physical exams

  • Anyone who would rather be in person rather than online!

Dates:

I am seeing patients in person at my office address in Salt Lake City on most Mondays and Wednesdays.

To ensure we are on the same page, if you’d like to see me in person please call my office to schedule on a day I am in the office.

Note: I will still be available to see telemedicine patients on all days I have office hours (M-Th).
